Sephora partnered with ModiFace, a leading creator of augmented reality technology for beauty, in order to develop the Sephora virtual artist feature. The tool scans photos of the user to determine the color of lipstick that matches their skin tone. Users can then purchase the product at their local Sephora store.

Sephora customers can also use the virtual assistant to connect with live agents to discuss their feedback on a specific product or service. Additionally, they can book makeup appointments with the assistant.

Pandorabots

Pandorabots are bots that can be deployed on various messenger channels, including Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, and Skype.
